Candidates for Colorado Democratic Party Leadership

State reorganization will be on March 8th and more details on location are to be announced on the website https://www.coloradodems.org/state-re-org.

Candidates may submit a filing letter to the Chair and Secretary of the party and cc the Executive Director by February 14, 22 days prior to March 8th’s state reorg.

The Democratic Party of Denver is a volunteer-led organization and relies on everyday Democrats just like you to lead the party. Every odd-numbered year in Colorado, Precinct Organizers, and other Party leaders meet to elect the district, county, and state Party leaders. These meetings are known as the Reorganization (or Reorg) meetings.

​Any registered or pre-registered Democrat living in the City and County of Denver may run for party leadership positions.

Each odd-numbered year, Colorado Democrats re-organize our party at every level. Arapahoe Democrats will meet on Feb. 8 to elect new officers for our county party and for districts within the county. We’ll also elect committee members to the state party and to districts that cross county lines. More about this is in this Reorg Explainer from Colorado Democrats.

Any registered or pre-registered Democrat living in the county can run for one of the party leadership positions below.
